Harshavardhan Gaddalae

Harshavardhan Gaddalae brings deep expertise in Market Research, Strategy Consulting, and Digital Marketing, built through decades of corporate leadership and consulting engagements. As Managing Director of Medha Research & Consulting Pvt. Ltd., he partners with global clients and emerging enterprises to craft growth strategies, refine market positioning, and strengthen digital visibility. He also teaches at premier business schools in India as an Industry Professor, where he bridges industry practice with academic learning. In his role as Director at IBO Global Network Pvt. Ltd., he contributes to building a platform that transforms business networking into lasting growth and collaboration.

Nidhi Bandaru

Nidhi Bandaru is an award-winning Life Coach and Author, recognized as one of India’s most influential women leaders. Founder of Dishi Consultants, she has been transforming lives since 2007 through coaching, training, and mentoring. Her book Reasons or Results and co-authored work Belief Busters reflect her passion for empowering individuals to break limiting beliefs and achieve extraordinary growth. With expertise in communication, leadership, and goal setting, Nidhi has coached professionals, entrepreneurs, and students across leading organizations and institutions. Honored with titles such as Most Influential Women Leader 2024 and Best Life Coach & Facilitator 2022, she continues to inspire people to live with clarity, confidence, and purpose. As a Director at IBO Global Network, Nidhi plays a pivotal role in nurturing a thriving community of business owners and entrepreneurs. Dr. S. M. Jagadish

Dr. S. M. Jagadish is a Business Growth Strategist with over 30 years of experience in transforming organizations. He is the Founder of Zero Defect Consultants, where he has partnered with more than 2,500 companies—including Bosch, Reliance, and the TVS Group—to drive operational excellence, profitability, and growth. A certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Lead Auditor for multiple ISO standards, Dr. Jagadish has been honored with prestigious accolades such as the Bharat Jyothi Award, the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Award, and Best Business Coach 2022. He is also the author of the bestsellers Manufacturing Millions and Limit Busters, inspiring countless leaders to unlock their potential and achieve sustainable success. As a Director at IBO Global Network, Dr. Jagadish brings his expertise in systems thinking and process excellence to create scalable frameworks for business networking and chapter growth. Our Visionary

Late Mr. Gangadhar Kocharlakota (GK) was the Founding Director of IBO Global Network, a visionary leader, transformational mentor, and an inspiring force who touched countless lives through his powerful coaching and guidance. Deeply passionate about personal growth and human potential, he impacted many individuals through his Law of Attraction (LOA) coaching sessions, helping people transform their mindset, confidence, relationships, and businesses.

With a vision to create a thriving community of growth-oriented entrepreneurs, he laid the foundation of IBO Global Network as a platform where business owners could connect, collaborate, learn, and evolve together.

Though he is no longer amidst us, his teachings, vision, and legacy continue to live on through the many lives he transformed and the community he built with love, purpose, and unwavering commitment.
